PreK Families,
We will line up at the black gate by PreK for this mornings activities. You will not need to go to the office to check in. After the activities, you will walk with your child's class to lunch. If you plan you check your child out, you will go to the classroom with your child's teacher and sign them out in the classroom. For safety reasons, please keep your child with you and do not let them run around after checking them out.
We are excited you are coming, but want to keep everyone safe.
If you are checking siblings out, you will need to come to the office. Today is not a free checkout. Attendance is being counted.

parking is available at the front of the school and down carline. If parking on Walker Road please only park down 1 side, the side by the playground fence

CES is proud of our School Performance Score and Progress Score that were recently released from the La Dept. of Education. We are proud of the hard work our teachers and students are doing every day. Some of this information was shared at Pie w/the Principal but it correlates with our SPS score information. Lincoln Parish School District is an A district and is ranked #8 in the state, WOW!

Picture retakes are on Wednesday 11-20-24. These are the pictures taken for the yearbook each year. Any student that was not in attendance on 10-18-24 will get there pictures taken on Wednesday. Attached is an order form if you would like to purchase.

Fall Field Day is this Tuesday, Nov. 19. The weather is supposed to be perfect.
3rd-5th Graders will have field day 8:45-11:00. We are staggering the start times
3rd grade will start at 8:45
4th grade will start at 9:00
5th grade will start at 9:15.
PreK-2nd grade will have field day 11:45-2:30. They will also have staggered start times.
PreK will begin at 11:45
1st grade will begin at 12:00
Kindergarten will begin at 12:15
2nd grade will begin at 12:30.
We are thankful to the CHS basketball team. They will be helping this year with games. Parents are welcome to attend.
Squire Creek is offering a winter tennis camp. Camp begins on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
It's one day a week for 3 weeks. If interested see flyer attached. SC will offer school pickup if they have 6 students sign up.
